If geekiness can be an experience, then Parade the Circle makes a pretty good one. This is one of the great Cleveland festivals, Parade the Circle is a project of the Cleveland Museum of Art, but the paraders come from all over the city. They spend over a month building their costumes and acts, never mind the months of recruiting and planning.
